Additionally, his service as a Special Agent with the Air Force Office of Special Investigations (AFOSI) involved leading major criminal investigations. Walker received his B.S. in Personnel Administration and Computer Science from the University of Arkansas in 1984, M.A. in Criminal Justice from the University of Arkansas, Little Rock in 1988, and Ph.D. in Criminal Justice from Sam Houston State University in 1992.
Craig Hemmens is a distinguished Chair and Professor in the Department of Criminal Justice and Criminology at Washington State University.
